I am thankful this morning that a Holy, Holy, Holy God extend his mercy, and grace to this totaly depraved sinner that has no righteousness of my own but only: through the blood and perfect righteouness of your blessed Son, and your love for all your chosen people do we have salvation from all our sinful ways, and coruption. What a perfect substitute Christ was that took all the punishment your justice pored out to him that took our place on the cross, and set us free from sin, and death.
In the book of Isaiah 64: 8-9 we read; But now, O Lord, art our Father; we are the clay, and thou our Potter; and we are the work of thy hand. Be not wroth very sore, O Lord, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee , we are all thy people.
We thank thee Father for providing this great salvation for us who are so undeserving of it. We have no merit of our own to stand on, but only on the merit of Jesus Christ, and your love for us.
