We live in very tumultuous times and many are in great fear about those things that are coming upon the earth, people are in great anxiety and stress about current world events. We can often feel like a little rowing boat being tossed about on a tempestuous sea but, we are not to fear, we have an anchor who will hold us firmly in place and stop us being battered by the storm. Christ will calm our fears and inner turmoil just as he calmed the tempestuous wind and storm on the sea.

"The LORD is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I fear" - Psalm 27:1

Fear not, believer, "Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the LORD!" - Psalm 27:14
