The more I read and study the scriptures, the more I see what an ignorant man I am of all the glories of God and His grace. The Bible is a humbling book. It cannot be understood applying man’s wisdom but must be revealed by its living Author.  When I think I know a lot, I am foolish knowing nothing as I ought. God is infinite and I am finite, what grace it is that I should know anything of Him. What I know of His glorious character, grace, purpose and salvation He revealed to me in the Person and work of His Son Jesus Christ. In Him are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
