by James Guyo

I am a great sinner. My life bears a faithful testimony of my sinfulness and yet the Lord has kept me and has shown me the way of His salvation.

I shall praise Him in my sinfulness because He has been gracious to me and pronounced me as righteous, which is scandalous.

How could that be? Because of the cross, because of election, because of the free imputation of righteousness. I am in Christ, Him who died and resurrected.

By His death He paid for every jot and tittle of my sin. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

So, it is well for me and for everyone who has been given the same testimony for a man can receive nothing unless it has been given them from above.
